OUR

MINISTRIES

You and your family are warmly invited to attend any of our services. Our meetings are conducted in an orderly fashion with reverence for God. We put no pressure upon our visitors, nor are there any public collections or appeals for donations. We want all to know they are welcome to return to freely hear the good news of the Bible.

LORD’S SUPPER (BREAKING OF BREAD)

In obedience to the teaching of the Lord and His apostles, and consistent with the examples of the early Christians, we meet on the first day of the every week to break bread in remembrance of the Lord. The first hour of the meeting is open for men in the fellowship of the church to lead the congregation in praise and worship to God for His Son. The worship ends in the taking of the bread and the cup by those in the fellowship of the church. The Lord Jesus Himself instructed this practice in the Bible in Luke 22:19-20. The meeting concludes with a message from the Bible. Based on 1 Corinthians 14:15-25, those in fellowship from the church sit apart from those not in the fellowship, though any visitor is always welcome to come and observe the Lord’s Supper.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
BIBLE CLASS

The Sunday school commences with singing for the young people. Then the young people separate into classes in the lower level. The class time is approximately 35 minutes.

At the same time, an adult Bible class is held upstairs. One man will read from the Scriptures to briefly instruct, encourage, and guide the congregation through the passage or topic at hand,  which leads to a conversational Bible study. This teaching responsibility is shared among several men in the church. The purpose of the meeting is to learn the truth of God’s Word and to gain instruction from it that will help us in our daily lives.

GOSPEL MEETING

This is a meeting designed to clearly make known the need for and the way of salvation in Christ.

The gospel meeting is opened with congregational singing and prayer. Two speakers will then share the meeting, reading from the Bible and then presenting a clear and relevant message concerning the gospel.

PRAYER &
BIBLE STUDY

This meeting is divided into two sections: the first for prayer and the latter conversational Bible study. The purpose of the meeting is to learn the truth of God’s Word and to gain instruction from it that will help us in our daily lives.
